Bournemouth NHS Trust - Central Linen Services
The needs of Central Linen Services (part of Bournemouth NHS Trust) were to say the least diverse. Moov2 developed a custom database driven web application by which clients of the service could log into a secure area of the service’s website and place orders for items supplied by Central Linen.
It was an important requirement that the organisation’s staff had the ability to administrate the system themselves so a user friendly interface was built into the specification, taking account of the basic level of IT knowledge users may have.
Moov2 also built a multi-threading discussion forum into the client’s website for the benefit of their customer’s communication and provided full on-site training to both administrators and users of the application.
