Moov2 Present at London Flash Platform User Group

  • Apollo is the codename for a new platform being developed by Adobe (the company behind the widely adopted PDF and Flash formats). Apollo allows for the rapid development of desktop applications through the use of existing web technologies.

    Think of your favourite online applications that can be used on your local machine with or without an internet connection allowing access to data when needed and updating when a web connection is present. Other information on Apollo can be found on the Adobe website: http://adobe.com/go/apollo

    Moov2 have been an early adopter of this new technology and as a result have done alot of research into the benefits and potential business cases for using it. As a result Moov2 were invited to present their findings at the London Flash Platform User Group, a user group of industry professionals who meet monthly for presentations on the latest events in the web industry.
