• Bespoke Management System for Ashton Lodge

• Ashton Lodge is a small B&B in Bournemouth as such it is not viable to have a full time receptionist to answer calls and book in guests.

  To assist in the management of those tasks, the owners asked Moov2 to develop a bespoke closed system that would allow them to track the bookings from their office PC and on mobiles with Internet browsers.

  This allows the team to answer calls on their mobiles and instantly check for availability and be able to add the booking to the system immediately.

  It provides Ashton Lodge with the ability to make changes to the bookings, update guest details and add notes for check-in. It also keeps the guests informed at every change via customisable email.

  For security reasons the Ashton Lodge booking system is completely closed to public access.
