Setting Up Your Email Account : OUTLOOK

Once we have set up an email account for you on our side, you will need to set up your Outlook to receive the mail.

  1. Open Outlook and click 'Tools' from the menu at the top
  2. Choose 'E-mail Accounts...'
  3. Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click next
  4. Select 'POP3'
  5. Enter in all of the information, use your email account as your username
  6. Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.moov2.com
  7. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.moov2.com
    ** Please note that your internet provider may require that you use their SMTP instead. For this reason we have listed the ones we are aware of that require this and their alternative.
    BoltBlue: smtp.boltblue.com
    Orange: smtp.orangehome.co.uk
    BT: mail.btinternet.com
  8. If you have used mail.moov2.com for your outgoing mailserver:
     -- You must click on 'More Settings' and  then select the 'Outgoing Server' tab and make sure 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' is selected.
    -- It have 'Use the same settings as your incoming mail server.' chosen.
  9. Click on 'General' and in the first input area type in the name you would like to be displayed as the name on your emails to others.
  10. Click 'OK'
  11. Click 'Test Account Settings...'
  12. After it is done the test, you should have all of the list items with a green checkmark. If there are any errors, check the information it says is incorrect and test again. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact someone at Moov2 and we will be able to help you.
  13. Click 'Next' and then 'Finish'

If you would like access to your mail no matter where you are, use this address: http://webmail.moov2.com. Please keep in mind that using webmail will not save a copy of the emails to your computer, which is why we highly recommend using Outlook as well.
