Software testing is of vital importance, we can not deliver a successful software project without having had the end users ensure that it meets all of the requirements that were set out at the beginning of the project. Firstly, we provide training to the users of the system along with detailed user guides.

As developers, we test the software prior to this stage and as part of development process, and in some cases, where confidentiality allows, we will bring in external non-technical users to further test the software.

However, as the end user, it is vital that they commit time to putting the new software through its paces, building their trust and acceptance in the system, identifying any areas that could benefit from improvement, and generally increasing the potential for successful user acceptance.
